Send us a 5-15 minute DVD-R or Mini-DV tape (NO Hi-8 TAPES, VHS-C, or DVD-RWs) or Youtube.com link* showing us WHAT MAKES YOU & YOUR PARTNER – YOU. If sending DVD, make sure it is finalized and plays in computer and DVD player. Make your video as personal as possible. You must have someone else record you so you do not just walk around behind the camera. Make sure we can see and hear you clearly. Be as creative, big and bold as you can! There is no "right" or "wrong" thing to say on tape, we just want to get to know you.
Remember, we need to SEE YOU IN ACTION and we want to see your PERSONALITY!!! SHOW US YOUR JOB, LIFESTYLE & FAMILY. Take us on a tour of your life. Show us what is important to you. For example, if there is a high school letterman’s jacket, military uniform or wedding dress you hope to wear again, show us. If you are doing this for your kids, show us! If you are married, have kids or have a girlfriend/boyfriend, quickly have them introduce themselves. Brag about yourself!! If you do not tell us…we’ll never know.
POINTS TO HIT: Make sure to tell us your name(s), age(s), height(s), weight(s) and city/state you reside in. If you have a partner, let us know how you and your teammate are connected. Show us, don’t just tell us, why you need to lose the weight. Make sure that you lift your shirt and show us your weight. Let us know why you and your partner are great candidates for the show. Take us to your favorite restaurants and show us what you eat. What sets you apart from the crowd? How does your weight affect you? Your life? Your work? Your relationships? Be sure to show us your connection with your partner. If you bicker, if you banter, let’s see it! If you don’t have a partner then that’s okay too…do the video alone! Show us photos! MORE THAN ANYTHING: BE CREATIVE!

IN BODY OF EMAIL INCLUDE NAME, AGE, HT, WT, CITY/STATE, CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS, 2 RECENT PHOTOS, AND A BRIEF BIO. YOU SHOULD ATTACH A PDF FILE OF YOUR APPLICATION TO THIS EMAIL. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MAKE YOUR VIDEO PUBLIC.
